IMPORTANT PICKUP & ORDERING POLICIES
All online orders must be picked up by the individual who placed the order. A valid government-issued photo identification matching the order information will be required at the time of pickup.
Customers must meet all federal and state age requirements before placing an order. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, long gun ammunition, or rimfire ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition, as required by federal law. Orders placed by individuals who do not meet the legal age requirements at the time of purchase will be canceled and subject to a 20% cancellation and return fee.
Customers have fourteen calendar days from the date an order is marked ready for pickup to retrieve their items. Orders not picked up within fourteen calendar days will be considered abandoned and processed for return. A flat 20% return and restocking fee will apply to all refundable abandoned orders.
Items regulated under the National Firearms Act, including suppressors and other regulated items, are exempt from the standard fourteen-day pickup period while awaiting government approval. Once approval has been received and the customer has been notified that the item is ready for pickup, the item must be collected within thirty calendar days unless prior arrangements have been approved by management. Abandoned regulated items are non-refundable.
