Temporary Closure & Membership Extension

Dear Valued Ricochet Range Family

We wanted to reach out personally to let you know that our facility will be temporarily closed for one week, beginning 10 May to 17 May. This closure is due to a loss of a loved one and Mother’s Day (as every year). We appreciate your understanding and respect for our privacy during this time.

MEMBERSHIP EXTENSION

All active memberships will be automatically extended by one full week at no cost to you. No action is required on your part — this will be applied to your account automatically.

FFL TRANSFERS & PACKAGE RECEIVING

While our range and retail floor will not be open to the public during this period, we will have a staff member on-site to receive incoming packages and transfers. If you are expecting a transfer, our staff will contact you directly to schedule a private, by-appointment-only pickup. Please do not come to the facility without a confirmed appointment.

We ask that all customers respect the appointment-only policy during this week, as we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or unscheduled visits under any circumstances.

We are grateful for the loyalty and support of this community, and we look forward to welcoming you back through our doors on Ladies Day, 20 May.
